On September 5th, 2016 Opening Ceremony of Shanghai Employment Service Month for College Graduates themed “Face Challenge and the Future” and Putuo Workplace Challenge were held in “Startup-way” Park of Putuo District. China Security & Fire Co., Ltd (hereafter referred to as CSF) was invited to be present in this event.
This event was initiated by Shanghai
Employment Promotion Center and Human Resource and Social Security Bureau of
Putuo, and organized by Putuo Employment Promotion Center. This event mainly
contained the following contents: Opening ceremony of “Shanghai Employment
Service Month for College Graduates “ focusing on employment guidance and
introduction for college students, establishing ceremony for “Cooperation
between Shanghai Employment Promotion Center and large SOEs under the
administration of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission
of Shanghai”, “Youth Career Starting Passport” activity encouraging youth to
actively participate in employment service and Putuo Workplace Challenge.
In Workplace Challenge part, senior
professionals from three different fields were invited to be tutors for
contestants and many HR personnel from famous enterprises formed an on-site
observation group. Ms. Wang Lei vice president and Secretary of the Board of
CSF raised questions toward contestants applying for jobs, and gave
instructions to them using her own professional knowledge and rich working
experience. Also, she granted offer to one of the contestants.
Excellent talents are the foundation for
CSF to achieve strategic objectives and driving force to realize sustained
development. CSF will implement talent employment polices issued by Shanghai
City and Putuo District to improve its own talent cultivation while making
contributions to regional employment platform and assuming appropriate
responsibilities for building a harmonious society.
